Terms and Conditions

Kryptosec Ltd will always endeavour to provide its professional services with utmost care and skill. All professional services provided by Kryptosec Ltd are subject to the following terms:

  • The results of any analysis performed by Kryptosec Ltd may not be used for any publicity purposes without prior written agreement from Kryptosec Ltd.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • Kryptosec Ltd will not be liable for any losses whatsoever not caused by proven gross negligence and/or misconduct by Kryptosec Ltd.
    • In the event of any actual or alleged shortcomings in the services it provides, Kryptosec Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses of any nature howsoever arising, and the client will indemnify Kryptosec Ltd against all third party losses.
    • Under no circumstances howsoever arising will Kryptosec Ltd's liability exceed the remuneration received from the client.

Kryptosec's consultancy services range from advice on deploying secure applications through to specialist cryptographic assistance, with a perspective that encompasses both the technical solutions themselves and the supporting infrastructure necessary to make the application of such techniques as effective as possible. Some specific areas in which Kryptosec provides consultancy include:

  • Encryption
  • Product reviews
  • Guidance on the selection, set up and use of security products and solutions
  • Design, analysis or advice on all aspects of cryptography, including:
    • Symmetric ciphers
    • Public key encryption and digital signature schemes
    • Cryptographic protocols
    • Authentication/identification techniques
  • Cryptographic key management, including certificates and Certification Authorities
  • Standards-based security applications such as SSL, IPsec
  • Network security
  • Secure email
  • User authentication and access control
  • Security reviews
  • Open-source security solutions
